The Sunday 6
6 of my must-haves across style, jewelry, wellness, design, culture, and spirituality
The weekly list of what I’m loving across style, jewelry, wellness, home design, art & culture, and spirituality. Never trend-based, always in good taste.
Welcome to this week’s The Sunday 6, the weekly compilation of the top 6 six things I’m loving across style, jewelry, wellness, design, art, and spirituality, dropping every Sunday. While trending items, of course, have a level of influence on us, it’s my intention with The Sunday 6 to highlight tried & true loves that transcend the trend cycle.
With summer warming up (at least hopefully… shoutout to my fellow New Yorkers) there’s a deep-seated yearning for that feeling of lightness in the air. From the fabric of our clothes to our attitudes, a fresh start beckons us forward.
Whether you’re window shopping, treating yourself, or itching for new inspiration it is my hope the The Sunday 6 answers your call.

WARDROBE
The Summer of Sheer Lace sheer
Sheer lace slips have been *everywhere* this season and I’m very much into it. I was able to snag the last in stock of this dress from The Frankie Shop (highly rec signing up for their restock notifications!), but equally love opting for a skirt paired with a long layering piece on top.I’ve had this slip skirt from Free People saved in my favorites, which also happens to have a corresponding bodysuit and dress. These skirts from Dissh or Revolve are also great options. Personally, I like styling this with sneakers or flip flops for an interesting contrast that grounds the look.
Summer of Lace JEWELRY
The Power Pinky Ring
If you know me, you know jewelry is my thing. As a stylist working with jewlery designers on their new collections was my speciality and as a writer I niched into the category as much as I could. I’d choose a jewel over a handbag, shoes, or designer clothing piece ANY DAY. Having said that, my wishlist has been ever-growing with pinky rings. My newest favorite is Aaryah’s BB Thelma. Available in several gemstone, sapphire, or diamond options, including their speciality—the brown diamond. Aaryah has positioned themselves as one of the most ahead-of-the-curve (no pun intended) designers for bridal jewelry in particular. Transforming one of their most in-demand engagement ring settings into their daily fine jewelry line as a piny ring has been a gift to us all.
Ali Grace’s fuck signet has been on my list for years now, along with her bubble rings. While I’m normally a gold girlie, the chunky silver signet give an undeniable edge when mixing metals. I mean, who doesn’t love a cheeky wink from their favorite f-word?
Retrouvaí has also been a long-standing favorite. I have the clear as day memory seeing the Flying Pig Signet from their Fantasy collection in a full page feature in InStyle Magazine, ripping out the page, and saving it in my vision board journal. This was before I had started my career as a stylist. Fast forward, I’ve had the privilege of styling a range of pieces of Retrouvaí throughout my career. Each time I touched one of their jewels on set I was brought back to that moment of sitting in my bedroom absorbing every morsel of intel the glossy’s gave me.
The Power Pinky WELLNESS
Keep It On Ice
Ice rolling is a daily, non-negotiable ritual for me (unless I’ve been medically advised to refrain due to injectables, facials, etc.). It promotes lymphatic drainage, de-puffs your face, helps to enhance your jawline… need I say more? I invested in The Skinny Confidential’s Ice Roller (WORTH IT), but Amazon has budget-conscious options great for first-timers dipping their toes in the ice rolling waters. Skin Gym also has an ice roller worth looking into. The free option? Sticking your face in a bowl of ice water for 20-30 seconds to de-puff (if that feels intense I suggest breaking it up into rounds of 10 seconds) and learning how to properly facial massage (there’s tons of tutorials out there on Youtube or TikTok).

Sleek & Silver
Silver home decor accents have seriously caught my eye. The metal chrome finish mixed with fabrics like soft wools or crisp linen makes for an interesting contrast and adds an artistic touch.
For seating options, this barstool from CB2 is a great pick—simple, sleek, and timeless. I love this pedestal from Forom Shop or drink table from West Elm to add contrast in your space by playing with height and proportions. If there’s one thing I’ve learned when it comes to home design, it’s that you don’t want everything to sit at the same level—playing with different heights and elevations is a YES.
If adding new furniture feels like too big of a commitment, adding in some tabletop decor is a perfect hack. Zara Home pleasantly surprised me with their gems! I love this silver bowl and am OBSESSED with this silver shell trinket tray.
Sleek & Silver CULTURE
Hilma Af Klint: VISIONARY Coffee Table Book
I recently picked up this book, Hilma Af Klint: VISIONARY, highlighting the works of modernist & abstract artist, Hilma af Klint, whose work explored spirituality at the turn of the 20th century. I found the last copy in the book store I was wandering through and was immediately called to slip through the pages. Klint’s work is described as having a combination of “influences from spiritism, theosophy, and anthroposophy”, and it’s said she dreamed that one day her paintings would be on display in a Temple-like building.Upon seeing the mesmerizing interpretations on the Tree of Knowledge, the Cosmic Egg, and more I found myself struggling to put this book on the shelf. So naturally, home with me she went. I don’t regret the purchase one bit.

My Favorite Oracle Card Deck
I love using Oracle Cards in tandem with Tarot. When I’m working with a client I always close out a Tarot session with an Oracle card. They never fail to perfectly encapsulate the lessons of our session. Oracle Decks are also what I recommend to anyone who is interested in reading their own cards at home, but doesn’t feel ready for Tarot just yet.
If you’re new to card reading, the messages on Oracle cards are often easier to interpret and are incredible tools to strengthen your own intuition. My favorite Oracle deck (and the first one I ever worked with!) is Work Your Light by Rebecca Campbell. All of Rebecca’s Campbell’s decks are gorgeous so I encourage you to go with whichever you’re most pulled towards.
